I'd love to cook my fish on a campfire, especially if I have weights on so my raw fish won't stack.

There is no Cooked Fish in Aquaculture, only Cooked Fish Fillet. Get a Fillet Knife in order to fillet your fish, then you can cook that on a campfire :)
