I have been farming for this chest for like 3 days straight and have not gotten the chest yet!!??
What is the drop rates and can we get maybe a config option to make it easier to get?
I can get everything from the loot pool from AC2 but not Neptune's Bounty what can cause this issue?

I am also farming out in the wild open water.

It is a requirement for all treasure in vanilla now too - to be in "Open Water".

Apparently I figured it out get in a boat and go out to sea and fish it works!!! I dunno why there was no explanation on the mod site that this was what you needed to do. Would of saved me a ton of time and frustration.
