appears to be multiple things weird with that items that allow the hooks/bobbers/line to be duplicated pretty easily.
hoppers push items into the rod slot.
rod slot allows items to stack to 30.
hooks can be added to a load of string(or whatever goes into rod slot) then the stack can be divided and items removed from each string.
