Getting Neptium Bow with Power 7 does not do more damage as intended. Normal bow work normally and do more damage.

Power 7 is a modded enchantment. It's on whatever mod created that enchantment to support modded bows.

This also affects the vanilla enchantment. My modpack has version 2.7.14 of Aquaculture 2.
Power V can be applied, but has no effect on damage.

I was already starting to go insane because ever since switching to the Neptunium Bow my arrows felt so much weaker. Just tested in a creative world.

Also, judging from @TekLakk s description, it sounds like he is using the vanilla enchantment, just modified to allow for higher levels.

Yes indeed, the power enchantment is the default one but the apotheosis enables higher levels for it and I was testing it with default one and the Neptunium one didn't change the damage when any power level applied.
