when i craft firework, repair items or upgrade my gear using smithing table, the items are duplicated

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

-open a crafting table or smithing table
-try crafting fireworks or upgrade diamond gear to netherite gear
-close the GUI

Expected Behavior
the items are now duplicated, the materials and the crafted item are both in the inventory

Thank you for reporting this issue. The code for this did change in 1.20.5. I should have tested it better...

This issue has been fixed for 1.21.5, 1.21.6, 1.21.7 and 1.21.8.
