Flame Cleave spell cannot be applied to a Master Wand

Arcane Essentials version: Arcane Essentials-1.0.0-alpha-11
ElectroBlob's version: ElectroblobsWizardry-4.3.4-MC1.12.2
Minecraft version: 1.12.2
When trying to apply the Flame Cleave Spell Book to a Master Fire Wand on the Arcane Workbench, the spell doesn't stay in the spell slot (after clicking Apply).
