Vertical Slabs Compatibility for Quark doesn't disable when they're disabled in Quark's config

I've disabled vertical slabs in Quark's config, however all of the vertical slabs from AP are still in the game. I'd be nice if even if Quark is installed, don't include the compat if this option is toggled or not. Alternatively you could add an option in AP config to force vertical slabs to not be included.
