I think by "Freezes", it is "Crashes" probably.
Steps To Reproduce:

1. Enter The Game With Catalogue and Architectury API
2. Click On Mods Button (Must Be The Catalogue One)
3. Click on Architectury API
4. Click On Config Button (The Button With The Wrench)
5. Frozen Game/Crash

What version of Catalogue are you using?
What version of Minecraft are you using?
What version of Architectury API are you using?
