uninstall all mods that use omegaconfig, since that mod appears to use the API incorrectly

I am very happy about your kind reply and appreciate it very much to get some advice :-). Thank you.

I completely deleted Omega-Mute (mod) and the corresponding config file.
Sadly the crash is still the same: https://pastebin.com/7HxPvxJk

NEoforge: 21.0.104

omegaconfig, not Omega-Mute

From L16 of your crash report:

Can´t thank you enough for patiently pointing out the culprit. Had to dig into it a bit and sadly "Mo´ Structures" was the mod using that configfile and causing the crash. It´s a bit dissapointing not to be able to use the mod (liked it very much) but at least i can play again.
Again, thank you very much for your patience and helping me out :-)

what does that config control? sorry, I'm using an extra large modpack so it might be hard for me to figure that out... but mainly I also have no idea how to find out if one of my mods uses that file? How can I tell? I don't see that in my config folder or my mods folder anywhere.

@Jab125

I don't understand. I typed omegaconfig in the search bar of the folder and nothing comes up. Please explain in a little more detail so I can understand.
I searched the Config folder for omegaconfig and nothing was found. So I am a bit confused.

When I use NeoForge 21.1.31, it's fine, but if I try updating it to Neoforge 21.1.32+, I get that crash report (the one SirTwsted got), and that's the only thing I've changed. Any suggestions? I know you mentioned above about omegaconfig, but I don't know how to read or interpret a crash report:

Some Mod probably bundles OmegaConfig in it‘s own file, which is why you can‘t find it. Look into your Log‘s Mod list to see which file OmegaConfig is loaded from.

Instead of OmegaConfig, when I got that crash I've found a whole different solution. It may be because of your system language interfering with code readings.

Try adding these to your JMV in your launcher

-Duser.country=US -Duser.language=en

It fixed mine.
