We should probably fix our pull request workflow at some point so it doesn't fail if non-org members PR in their changes :p

So basically, either disable publishing on pull requests or redo the entire run so we have to manually run it to publish a snapshot release.

Did this earlier today, would still like a manual "create snapshot from this PR" button tho
