Strange bug that suddenly popped up

A previous version of the pack worked normally. This one crashes. I'm not sure if the 59 instances of the referenced handler are to blame, or if some other mod broke something.
And yet I used that exact version in the older instance of this pack and it worked normally.
Neither this mod or MAL have been updated for a while.
