"Rare" server crash when connecting (StreamCodec is null)

This is the second time this has happened. I start the server, and it loads. I go to connect, it crashes, and I get disconnected.
Okay, strange, well I started it again, connected, and now it's fine.
How to reproduce this error:
I have ZERO idea
Architectury: 13.0.8
NeoForge: 21.1.209
Minecraft: 1.21.1
