Mod working for other player but not me.

So, I'm playing on a multiplayer world with one other person and it's been working for me up until today. When I go to mine a tree, it doesn't fall. Fast leaf decay works, the wood harvesting and auto replant, doesn't. It works perfectly fine for my partner, just not me. I'm not seeing any reports in logs. I even turned the sneak required config to see if it was mixed with a different mod and still did not work.
