I would suggest a separate texture for this if possible

it makes sense, seeing the color of the armor
EMT armors not listed in S:iconExceptions as having corresponding IC2 icons
Quantum Chestpiece (rendered as diamond) [IC2]
this is a config error, "IC2:itemArmorQuantumChestplate" instead of "IC2:itemArmorQuantumChestplate=89" with latest version S:iconExceptions list
