[1.12.2] Empty Toughness Icons using incorrect color mixing.

Top: FF5500, colors show correctly on the Armor Bar but Toughness Bar has dark yellow for empty icons but shows the proper color for filled icons.
Middle: FF0055, colors show correctly on the Armor Bar but Toughness Bar has a different tint of purple for empty icons but shows the proper color for filled icons.
Bottom: 0055FF, colors show correctly on the Armor Bar but Toughness Bar has a lighter blue with a different tint for empty icons but shows the proper color for filled icons.
Overloaded Armor Bar is using the correct colors for Empty & Filled while Tough Bar only uses the correct coloring for filled icons but empty icons are off as they appear to be using a wrong value or something when mixing up the colors.
