Additional Context
Mindful Eating replaces the vanilla hunger bar with a mixed hunger bar based on the diet mod (picture still only meat). The hunger bar disappears when used with Armorpoints ++.

In fact, compatibility issue with these two mods first appeared with version armorpointspp-1.16.5-2.0.0, hopefully this will help you.
