[Feature Request]: Allow text in the configuration interface to be translated

Description
I found that the configuration and its description did not exist in the language file. It seemed to be hard-coded into the mod, which made the translation difficult.
Solution
I don't know if there is any other place where the text displayed on the interface is hard-coded into the mod. If so, can it all be put into the language file?
