[BUG] [1.12.2] Unable to paint section of leg skin

I think a screenshot will show what we are attempting to paint better than a description can. It seems the area in the screenshot cannot be painted whatsoever. This is on the legs model.

Additional context
This seems to be happening in Single Player worlds and has not been tested on a server yet.

I retried on 1.12.2-0.49.1.6 and the issue persists.

Removed Obscufate and the issue persists.

Unloading the leg section, deleting the blocks from the original build, then trying to load and paint legs a second time DID fix the issue. I'm gonna chalk this one up to user error.
