The latest build for 1.19.3 is 2.0.0-beta12, and the later beta builds target 1.19.2 and aren't compatible with 1.19.3. This hasn't been explained anywhere, so I think this might be a mistake.

Closing. The dev forgot about 1.19.3 and now that 1.19.4 is almost released, it doesn't make sense to update to 1.19.3.
