[BUG] on my Arclight server none of my players seem to be able to open the armourer's workshop menu

so, the players on my server have tried opening the menu but it seems like only admins can open it

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join a 1.20.1 Arclight server (or any server? no idea)
  2. press the key to open it up or ctrl + p

bukkit sever pls config permissions.yaml or use luckperm.

We tried doing that on our Aternos server and it just won't work, we used luck perms and even then it wouldn't allow us to do anything, we even used the website you shared, we also couldn't find the permission.yml file
