1.18.2 data doesn't seem to load

on porting my mod to 1.18.2 i can't get anything related to datapacks to load, recipes, loot tables, etc, resources are fine
don't know if something changed that i missed as it worked in 1.18.1
nothing notable in the log's as far as i can tell, this is the repo if it's needed https://github.com/DbpGaming/fabric-mods/tree/basic-ores
