Bug overview:
Everytime I log onto the savefile, new Charm of Darkvision drops from Wixie enchanting apparatus

Details:
I made the first Charm of Darkvision using Wixie enchanting apparatus (w.e.a, for short)
It was my first time using w.e.a. so during learning how to use it I cheated one using EMI cheat mode while all ingredients were in the chest next to w.e.a.
I put the cheated one onto the pedestal, then the w.e.a. started crafting another one using the ingredients, after I got the crafted one I trashed the cheated one.
After sometime I saved my world and quited the game.
Later I joined my save and the magnet picked up second charm of darkvision from w.e.a
I inspected the bug by rejoining my world, rebooting e.t.c
The charm keeps duping

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build Wixie Enchanting Apparatus
2. Build a chest and link it
3. Add ingredients for Charm of Darkvision
4. Place a charm of Darkvision onto the pedestal
5. Wait for the charm to be crafted using the ingredients
6. Now you have two charms
7. Relog
8. Pick the third charm from the ground next to apparatus
9. Now you have three charms
10. Rinse and Repeat

Are you able to try manually updating to the latest Ars Additions version and seeing if it persists?

Updating from 21.1.5 to 21.1.6
First joining the world after update: dupe happened
Relogging: still the dupe happened

Before updating I stored all charms in AE2
Now the stored charms remained in AE2, while the duped ones still dropped from the apparatus

This should now be fixed in base Ars in 1.21
