am in version 1.21.1. inquired with chatgpt about it and tried many different versions and stuff. it said it was something with nbt that is wrong and does not work between the latest versions of both ars nouveau and additions

The Wixie Enchanting Apparatus acts the same as any other Wixie crafter, I'll work on adding documentation in the book for the next update.
