Version of Ars Additions : ars_additions-1.21.1-21.2.2

Ritual of Arcane permanence does not seem to chunkload if the player is in another dimension.
Here is what I've tried :

Setup

• Make a ritual of Arcane permanence in the overworld
• Place a Scry Crystal in the ritual's area of effect
• Bind a Scry Scroll to the Scry Crystal

Test 1

• Go far away in the overworld
• Place a Scryer's occulus next to a pedestal with the scroll mentionned above
• When I click on it, the scryer's occulus works

Test 2

• Make a Nether portal near the Scry Crystal
• Cross the portal
• Place a Scryer's occulus next to a pedestal with the scroll mentionned above in the Nether
• When I click on it, the scryer's occulus works (if I am not wrong, the Nether portal chunkloads everything around it for a few minutes)

Test 3

• Make a Nether portal far away from the Scry Crystal
• Cross the portal
• Place a Scryer's occulus next to a pedestal with the scroll mentionned above in the Nether
• When I click on it, the scryer's occulus does not work because the crystal is not chunkloaded

Test 4

• Make an End portal far away from the Scry Crystal
• Cross the portal
• Place a Scryer's occulus next to a pedestal with the scroll mentionned above in the End
• When I click on it, the scryer's occulus does not work because the crystal is not chunkloaded

What modpack or other mods do you have present when testing?
