[Bug]: Locked out from a world/server when returning from The End via vanilla portal

Describe the bug

The game crashes when returning from The End via vanilla return portal.
After that, attempts to enter the world where crash occured also cause crashes with the exact same log.
On server, when entering the portal, the client crashes.
The client experienced said crash is unable to enter the same server because this also cause crash on the client.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to end
  2. Generate return portal
  3. Enter the portal

Expected behavior

The player return to the Overworld.

Update: On forge 43.2.0 and forge 43.3.0, this bug did not happen, and after entering the portal with those versions the bug does not happen anymore. Also, entering the portal with creative mode does not cause the bug.
