Setting a glyph to "Is Starter: True" is bugged

Setting a glyph to be learned automatically assigns it to the player, but it does not show up in the spell book as an applicable glyph. Even trying to learn the glyph again, it says "You already know this." But the glyph does not show up in the spell book.
