Starbuncles unable to pathfind uphill

When attempting to setup starbuncles I found that when they need to pathfind to a chest that is higher than their current position they will often instead pathfind to a block that is directly below the chest rather than go to the chest itself. In testing I found that as little as two blocks of elevation is enough to induce this behaviour.
