mekanism logistic or routers won't work with them

mek logistic pipes won't connect
router upgrades won't link

I assume it was tested with starbies which probably work

cause a router interaction upgrade will push an item onto the pedestal but w/o control or looking at what's in there already, it'll just happilly try over and over and pop items into the world if it's unsuccessful

I assume this is not intended behavior. 1.16 and 1.19 this worked in both
