Error message in any other dimension is "The Block has been removed or is not chunk loaded." Speculatively, this is because coordinates are save as just XYZ, with no dimensional reference. This was tested with the Hyperbox mod, which creates a new mini-dimension for every box placed, and linking a crystal in one while placing a crystal at the same coordinates in both. The crystal fired in both dimensions, despite only linking to one.
