So I bound a bookwyrm everything was going fine but suddenly I'm stuck with a familiar that I can't unsummon, it follows me between dimensions and warp portals. I've rebound the summon/unsummon key as well as tried to use a dispel as touch/projectile/self but it's stuck and I can't even trap it in a jar just to stop it from following me and picking up everything I don't want it to.

I'm on a server using the Craftoria modpack on Minecraft version 1.21.1 and I don't know what else to try to get it to go away. I can also still summon other familiars at the same time but when I dispel them they disappear but the bookwyrm stays.
