An item scroll to allow filtering by mod.

You place the Item Scroll: Mod on a Scribe's Table and Shift+right click an item on it, similarly to Item Scroll: Allow or Item Scroll: Deny
This then stores not the specific item, but the mod on the scroll.

This can be used in item frames on containers to direct starbuncles to put only items belonging to a certain mod there. More importantly, it can be used with Repositories and Repository Catalogs to tell the Storage Lectern where to put items belonging to a specific mod.
