Add a Blacklist Tag for Intangible

Certain supposed-to-be-indestructible blocks, such as Downstone from Pastel, can apparently be made intangible despite the checks in place to try to prevent that. As an additional protection, I suggest a block tag be added that will disallow blocks within it from being made intangible.
When a spell containing the intangible glyph targets an indestructible block, the effect fails.
However, when the intangible glyph is modified to affect more blocks with AoE or Pierce, the indestructible blocks are affected so long as the primary target of the spell is a normal block that would be made intangible (target deepslate and add pierce, the indestructible block behind it will be made intangible). This issue does not affect bedrock blocks.
At the very least this is affecting Downstone and Preservation stone in Pastel, unprotected Shielding blocks in Data & Essence. I haven't checked mods like Cataclysm which add other indestructible blocks.
