Setting Drygmy weight lower, to 1 or 2, still has way too many Drygmy, at least 5 in every other chunk.

I am an idiot, heigher weight spawns less. I think. Weight and spawn chance configs confuse me terribly.

At least higher than the value of 1 for weight spawns less than 1 does.

Edit: it was the caves and cliffs backport mod causing all other mob spawning to be way too high.
