For Shear breaking actions the using the spell:
Break, Sensitive
Blocks such as Grass (1 block tall) are properly harvested.
Two block tall grass and tall botania flowers are improperly harvested (destroyed without dropping)
Combining with AOE to break both blocks simultaneously also is not a valid solution.
