Wands and Staves are made from magical wood.
Wands and Staves both have less spell slots and no ability to adjust spells on the fly and as such are "Static Casting Tools"
Staves have automatically improved AOE
Wands have More Powerful Projectiles (Augment or Pierce).

Premade Spells
Static Casting Tools open up the opportunity to create premade spells, as examples or rewards for pack/quest makers. These spells could be purchased from Villagers and Found in Dungeons.
