Scrying doesn't allow exiting of the scry crystal, as well as causing suffocation and teleportation.

Whenever I use the scryer's oculus or right click on the scry crystal to enter the scry crystal, I can't use left shift to exit out of it. After being in the scry crystal for a while, it kicks me out automatically. When I exit out, I take a bunch of suffocation damage, as well as sometimes teleport to the scry crystal. (the teleportation only happens if I'm using the oculus)
The server that I'm playing on has some lag.
Modpack: all the mods 7 - 0.4.16
