When I try to use skills nothing heppens. Only in creative mod everything works fine. Can't really tell why is this heppening

Using 2.5.0 version for 1.18.2 on 40.1.60 forge

Are you using an RPG skills/pmmo mod that limits the use of an item based on level? That is most likely the cause.
