Amethyst golem crashed server by ticking

I wasn't even looking
So I didn't know, how this happen...

And yes
There were 3 golems working
May this be the problem..?

... it seems golems can't work together without crashing server sometimes. I don't know, but maybe this is about two golems targetting one block...
