Most mods that allow picking up/transporting mobs have the ender dragon disabled (And other bosses) as it can be a used to grief servers since the dragon destroys any blocks it touches.

My suggestion would be to make is so that boss mobs can be contained but not released with dispel.

A config would work, yes...
