[1.21.x][Neoforge] Duplicate Enchantment descriptions

Tested on a minimal instance with all required mods for fd and ars
and when disabling Ars Delight the enchantment tooltips are no longer duplicated (only for modded enchantments)
Using arsdelight-2.1.8
Seems this is a similar issue with your other mod
