As per Rose's vision, it would be nice to implement this.

Perhaps it grants Health Boost 5, with (essentially) infinite length. As such dying or drinking milk will clear the effect.
As for the "if you can survive" perhaps it also gives 5 minutes of Withering 5, so regen & instant health will be needed.

Costs 615 of each essense and 64 S materia?
