Currently, hoppers will just pull whatever they feel like from the machines, which is not conducive to automation. Also, there is no way to transport essentia automatically. Perhaps implementing API support such as Universal Components would be a good idea as well.

API support is still pending, but the machines now at least have sided inventories. Also, dispensers can now use Alkahest Buckets and Essentia Vessels.
