StromCaller canot active when weapon only in mainHand

Version: art_of_forging-1.7.4-1.19.2.jar
Description:
- Using the weapon built by material having strom caller attacks mob by mainHand. No lighting.
- Taking another weapon(tetra modular item) in offhand, using the strom caller attack. In this case, the storm caller will be actived.

I found it was fixed in recent commit, so no more requested. Comment close.
