[1.21.1] Switch Curios dependency on CurseForge to the official project

Describe the bug
The original Curios project by C4 is back but you're still listing Curios Continuation as the required dependency on CF. This results in packs ending up with multiple Curios mods installed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Artifacts
  2. Install a mod using the official Curios project
