Damaged artisan tool loses oredict

Issue Description

A artisan tool loses its oredict when damaged.

What Happens

When a item like the mortar is damaged using crafttweaker or other means it loses its oredict and cant be used in crafts that take the oredict < ore:artisans(tool) >.

To get a artisan tool that damaged use the command below

/give (username) artisanworktables:artisans_mortar_wood 1 3

Left is damaged mortar. Right is non damaged mortar.

I expect the artisan damaged tool to have the oredict to what tool it is.
