Add config options to customize the background color of table slots

[...] a config option to customize the background color of the background. The foreground element of the tables is thematic and gorgeous, one of my favorite parts of the mod, but the background can at times make certain items difficult to see. Specifically I'm talking about the color of the area outlined in red, in between the grid lines.
Being able to customize the color of the output slot would also be nice, but is less important.
