Issue Description

I have set the artisan tables to allow the normal crafting recipes (like making sticks). However, JEI doesn't show the + icon when trying to craft a default recipe while being inside an artisan table (it does show the + for any recipes added to the artisan table specifically though).

In the video i'm trying to craft weedwood sticks which is a regular recipe. The + shows up in the normal crafting table but not in the Basic Workstation.
