Markable secondary inputs/tools for recipe function

It’d be useful for recipe functions to be able to reference secondary inputs and tools

This is implemented and will be available in the next release, 1.23.0.

It is, however, largely untested. You will be able to retrieve the marked ingredients, but can't manipulate them in any way.
