It would be nice to have ability to repair tools with something else, not their "ingredient".

On our modpack we create tools with metal blocks and we want to repair it with ingots to make it more useful to repair it.

Also would be great to tweak amount of repair from one action. In example above we could allow to use a single block to repair tool completely.
