Add recipe for blocks that this mod adds in wiki
Also what "end-game fresh ore blocks" mean? is this a world generation or craftable?

Recipes are all available in the recipe book, as for the end-game blocks, that may refer to the new ore blocks (diamond bricks, iron tiles, etc...)
